Hibiki 17 year old is a blended whisky composed of the best single malts from Yamazaki and Hakushu, aged in various types of casks, and subtly vatted with Chita distillery grain whisky.
Yamazaki single malts will transmit a fruity sweetness expressing aromas of peach, apricot, melon and cherry. While Hakushu’s single malts will transfer woody and floral aromas of lilies, roses and mizunara (Japanese oak). The Chita grain whisky brings a gourmet touch to the final mix filling the flavor profile with notes of caramel butter, vanilla and lemon leaf.
