Indeed, Ichiro Akuto has carefully selected malt whiskies from different countries such as Scotland, Canada, the United States, and Chichibu in Japan, making this blend a “Japanese World Blend Whisky”, as he likes to say, thus advocating transparency.

A blend of whiskies over 10 years old, this edition has the particularity of having a malt from the oldest stocks of the Chichibu distillery. It has a rich and complex profile expressing a wide variety of aromas and flavors such as candied pineapple, fresh mint, a light ashy smoke that lasts in a beautiful long and powerful finish.
