The Hombo Shuzo group, owner of the Mars Whisky brand and of the Shinshu and Tsunuki distilleries, has many production sites with cellars to which the whiskies produced will be transferred for aging. These different maturation sites will allow the brand to blend whiskies with very different characters and to highlight the influence of local climatic conditions on the evolution of whisky.
